- If, at any time, you have a problem with the repair we carried out to your carpet, we will fix it promptly, and for free.
- Warranty repairs relate specifically to the repair(s) we carried out for you.
- We will not repair any section(s) of carpet that has subsequently been damaged after the original repair.
- The lifetime warranty relates to the carpet remaining in position - in the same room where it is fitted. If the carpet is refitted to a different room, the warranty will be void.
